Every family has secrets; no one knows that better than history lecturer and amateur genealogist Lucy Charles. When Lucy travels from Halifax, Nova Scotia, to New Orleans to meet a branch of her family she's only recently found, she discovers one very sexy kissing cousin, antiques dealer Claude LeBlanc. There's also a mystery afoot that involves midnight meetings, missing jewels and an unexplained family fortune.
