The origination and purpose of the global financial disaster are gradually revealed. Meanwhile, Samuel and the other survivors fight to keep what they have in Wipeout book 3.

Trident Banking Corporation, the global powerhouse, suddenly loses the trillions of dollars that it holds for the world's economies. All records of individual, business and government holdings are erased and backup systems are purged.

Samuel Westchester, the Marketing Director of Trident, is working in New York City when the disaster is unveiled. Battling the rioting crowds, he's caught between using his access to search for answers to the disaster and getting to his aging parents far across the city.

As the city, country and world begin to burn in response to the unprecedented crisis, Samuel's fight for answers will take him to places he never thought he would go - and will reveal a plot more sinister and diabolocal than he could have ever imagined.
