Bethany has a hard life. Even among the supernatural she is a freak. Her father’s side of the family is a rare and slowly dying species of supernatural’s that is unknown to most of the rest of the supernatural community. Her mother’s a vampire who thinks her daughter is nothing but a worthless half breed. Then there’s her job as a hunter which drags her butt across the country more than half the time.

As if that’s not bad enough now she has a new boyfriend, compliments of her brother Jason, a kidnapped partner, oh and a mysterious blood mage out to get her and use the secrets of her blood to come into power and complete his plan of world domination.

It’s a crummy job sure, but someone’s gotta deal with it.
