Nimium is a world of rich cultural diversity and deeply ingrained racism. Legend says that if a child is born that carries the blood of all seven races, that child will bring on the end of the world, so racial mixing is frowned upon in most areas - and outright forbidden in others.

Michael Feysguir is a troubled young man of muddied bloodlines from a tiny island in the Eastern Sea that doesn't practice the strict segregation common on the mainland continent. Something sinister happened there while he was away at university. He's about to return home to find his world upended, and everyone seems to know what's going on except for him.
