It's Christmas time again and Sam finds herself reflecting on some of the adventures she has been on over the recent years.

Some are uplifting and remind her there is an abundance of goodness still left in the world, while others are sad memories of some of the horrors she has been witness to. Still, she remains grateful for the outcomes of all these things and most of all for how they have shaped her life and the lives of those around her.

As she revels in her memories, an unexpected visitor turns out to be Moon Investigations newest client and as it happens, Earnest Cumber has quite the story to tell Sam. She takes his case, thinking she may be dealing with an everyday, run of the mill theft... That is until she arrives on Silver Creek Ranch and the mystery begins to unfold.

With a little help from her friends, Sam is determined to get to the bottom of things but when she encounters a strange psychic energy during her investigation, she can't help but think the 'how' of her case just may lie in something strangely supernatural. A kind of innocent power she has never encountered before.
