Rosalee has just turned twenty years old. Her grandmother passed away a year

ago, leaving her alone. The rundown neighborhood has drug dealers on the

corners in broad daylight, prostitutes come out in the evenings. Abandoned

homes accommodate meth labs and gangs.

Rose carries a pistol. She packs a mean punch. She protects what little she

has and asks nobody for help, she doesn’t want the obligations.

Rose finds lost things. She dreams events before they happen. The very earth

beneath her feet helps her when she is in need. Rose finds a lost child in the

grip of what can only be a vampire.

Rose is asked to save a neighbor’s daughter and discovers the girl is

bewitched. While healing her, Rose finds that someone is using magic to mind

control young girls and sell them.
