Philip

Philip receives an unexpected gift of a dump truck, but in the New York apartment where his family lives, he has difficulty finding dirt to use his truck. First he tries the window box, but ends up spilling dirt over the doorman's hat. Then he tries the sand next to the elevator, but spills sand all over the floor. Finally, he digs around the new little tree in front of the building and practically unearths the tree. The doorman is getting really fed up with him, but then he has an idea and gets doormen all along the street to help him solve Philip's problem.
