Headmaster Bard Vile has grown weary of the Kind Bard's blessings, and something must be done to obtain the balance necessary to govern Anchorton. Then comes a young prodigy into the Hall of Counselors with a profound understanding of the grey and an even deeper skill with it. This may be the Headmaster's chance at assuring Anchorton be rightly governed.

But the young prodigy doesn't know what awaits him, for a deal made with any bard exacts a heavy price. This young bard must choose whether his passion for the grey is truly worth any price. Even blood.
