All Dagdron wanted was to spend a solitary summer in Cliffmount, far away from the Adventurers’ Academy. But when a handful of surprise visitors show up, he and Earl Valorington are sent running for their lives. During their travels, a quirky farmer-enchanter gives them a magical sphere, which guides them to the Shrine of Avooblis, the home of an ancient wizard.
