Sergeant Amanda Star is a member of the Rocket Patrol's urban security command. Her job is the protect the Capital City of Earth Colony Vega. While her morning has started just the same as it always had, when an illegal blaster starts to shoot things up, breaking the city's security grid, there is panic in the streets of the Capital, and the Rocket Patrol must combat this new threat before it rips the city apart.
