“So, you already had a room booked here? What made you so sure that I was going to agree to come out with you?”

Maxwell laughed as he poured the glasses full of champagne.

“Well, for one, I’m your boss. Secondly, I enjoy your company and I thought you enjoyed mine. But most importantly, I knew because I want you and I always get what I want.”

Handing her the full glass, he raised his as if in a toast before sitting down on the leather couch that had been set up next to the table.

I just stared at him. He didn’t want to get to know me better, he just wanted to take me out for a few drinks and fuck my brains out. I felt like I should be angry and storm out of the room, but for some reason I couldn’t make myself feel the emotions I should have been feeling. The only thing I could feel was a burning desire.

He nodded his head towards the spot on the couch next to him.

“Sit.”

Without saying a word, I sat down next to him, my heart beating in my chest. I took a long sip of champagne and turned to face him as he placed a hand on my upper thigh and started to talk.

“So what do you say? I’ve been watching you for a long time, Tanya, and I like what I see.”

“Well, what do you want me to say? You’re my boss. I mean isn’t that… Illegal?”

He just laughed.

“I’m a lawyer, Tanya. I spend all day discussing the law, don’t bore me with that now. Works over, and now it’s just you and me. Don’t think I haven’t noticed the way you act around me, I know you can feel it too. You can leave right now if you don’t want to be with me, but you’re not. Why’s that?”

“Well, for one, I hardly know you. And I’ve never been with a man like you before.”

“What do you mean a man like me?”

I hesitated before replying. “I mean, you’re the opposite of the other guys I’ve dated. I mean, I’ve never even been with a white guy before.”

He laughed.

“And I’ve never been with a black woman before, a wrong I’m desperately trying to right.”

With that he leaned forward and kissed me, his hand straying up my thigh and under my skirt slightly as he boldly made his advance. I knew it was wrong and that I should stop him, but I couldn’t help it. I gave in to him completely, opening my mouth to let his tongue work its way in as I spread my legs slightly.
