Once again, CAP Tango Niner has managed to step on a few high brass toes. Major Y, their South Vietnamese District Chief, has reassigned their platoon of South Vietnamese volunteers, leaving the Marines seriously undermanned. But Marines would not be Marines if they did not break a few rules.
