Hi guys, it's Abbi! I know Ben greeted you all before so I've decided it was my turn. Just wanted to send a short note and give a little back story as to why there are cliffhangers because I know he didn't. As Ben and I were telling Aquila our story, little did we know that she had roughly 50 people reading chapter by chapter as she wrote them. Those readers were hooked and wanted to know more about us, so it's kinda their fault. You see, she had no intention of ever publishing any books, it was more of a lifelong dream to just write one. It was those readers that pushed her into the Indie Author world. Now, I do know a thing or two about the book world, and no one publishes a romance novel that's over 500 plus pages long. The printing cost alone for a paperback that size would cost a small fortune and in turn, it would cost you, the customer, if you were to buy it. I know Ben mentioned it on Moonlit Night's sales page. But in case you forgot after reading it, well, because of (insert drool) BEN, I thought I would remind you that this is the last one of the cliffhangers in the Pearl Lake series! Oh, and also, this title may be a trigger for a few of you, the mention of the stalker. It is nothing too serious and nothing that Ben can't handle, or I for that matter. It still is a laugh-out-loud, loveable read, with a lot of twists and turns that I hope you enjoy!
They had a perfect love story. Then they got the perfect enemy.
Writer Abbi Petersen and her younger lover, Hollywood star Ben Quinn, have it all. Money, success, and neighboring houses on the shores of Pearl Lake, but most of all, true love.
Until a string of mysterious events begin to occur. Blood on a porch, things moved, and an attempt on Ben's life has Abbi wondering if the stalker she fled from is back or if it's someone else.
Now, with an unknown enemy that has set their sights on them, will their trust and passion be enough to protect their love?
