Haley grew up with Lucas Caldwell, the older brother of her best friend, Bri. After he broke her heart, she has spent the last four years avoiding being alone with him. When he shows up on Haley’s doorstep, she tells him to go away. Haley relents when she discovers that he shares her worries about Bri.

Trapped in a car driving through the middle of nowhere, Haley doesn’t know what is scarier, her renewed feelings for Lucas or the black car that keeps trying to drive them off the road. Haley just hopes they will survive long enough to find out.
