I was blessed, or cursed, with a superior intellect and a nasty personality. Which meant I got bored or mean. Easily. But family ties mattered and I wasn’t about to leave my grandfather or King Cosmetics. Not yet.

Especially when Lucy Martin showed up in an ill-fitting suit that couldn’t hide all her assets. Kissable lips, beautiful face, luscious hips that wouldn’t quit, Lucy became my assistant. But we all knew what she really was—my grandfather’s spy.

I should’ve hated her, made her life hell. Instead, all my plans disintegrated.
