A light-hearted look at early retirement in Southern Spain! Join us for our second year in the dusty, sun-baked region of Andalucia as we negotiate the intricacies of the Spanish electoral system, laugh as we get fined for failing to pay our council tax, and fall foul of the local water board. Marvel at the local wildlife, including the pig on her way to a Sex Pistols concert, tree-climbing dogs, giant golden retrievers and triple-choc garden-snakes.

Enjoy with us those local delicacies including Jacob the fritter, the female salmon, the ox of the sea, the world's biggest sausage, the hole of the olive-picker and the goldfish. Chuckle at the case of the disappearing pool-water, the vanishing roof, Fernando in a spandex mankini, the collapsing floor and the mystery of who stole our tyres. Visit the local police station, the prison, and step back in amazement as the fire brigade burst into action. And, for a brief moment, share the poignancy of a death of a neighbour.

Hum along to classics from Elton John, Neil Diamond, the Bee Gees, the Three Tenors, Wham! and the Sound of Music, among others, and reminisce as we recall favourites from stage and screen.
