• Two of American author James Curwood’s best-selling adventure classics from the early 1900s are bound together in this Kindle book: The Golden Snare & The Gold Hunters
The Golden Snare (1921)
Lawman Philip Raine is on the trail of Bram Johnson, a suspected murderer who commands a pack of wolves. Bram possesses a curious item, a golden snare woven from a woman's delicate flaxen hair. What could these two people possibly share? It is a mystery Philip feels compelled to solve as he tracks Bram across the Canadian tundra.
The Gold Hunters (1909)
The story involves three men, a map and a hidden treasure. A young white man, his half- breed friend, and a wise Indian sage hunt for gold hidden in the northern reaches of the Canadian outback. But the map seems to be misleading them. Each day offers a new adventure and brings them closer to danger.
This book is the Sequel to The Wolf Hunters, although it can also be read as a completely separate novel.
