• Six western novels by Max Brand are in this Kindle six-pack book: Ronicky Doone; Wild Freedom; The Night Horseman; The Power of Prayer; The Seventh Man and Harrigan
**Ronicky Doone**
A stranger rides into town on a cloud of dust. He needs directions and soon makes his way east in this old-fashioned tale of love and adventure. This is the first of a trilogy involving the adventure-seeking, straight-shooting cowboy.
**Wild Freedom** (1922)
An old-style cowboy and Indian tale involving Tom, an animal lover, and his romance with Gloria.
**The Night Horseman** (1920)
A gunslinger vows revenge. Meanwhile an Eastern doctor learns an important lesson when he lands in the midst of desert people. Romance is also in the air as the three storylines merge in one of Max Brand’s cowboy adventure novels.
**The Power of Prayer** (1922)
This is the tale of a gentleman gunman and the darkness of the soul, published under the author's pen name John Frederick
**The Seventh Man** (1921)
This is a story about courage, true love, loyalty, the relationship between a man and a horse, and a tale where the "bad guys" may not be so bad after all. There's a twist at the end to entice readers. (This is a stand-alone book, but it is also the third in the "Whistlin' Dan Barry" series.)
**Harrigan** (1918)
A meeting between two men soon becomes a treasure hunt and a contest for a beautiful woman in this unique Max Brand novel.
