Connor is struggling.

He shouldn’t be having any kind of feelings for the shifter they’re holding in their home, but he just can’t help himself. Beth the only one who might be able to help the White Fire pack find Stephen, the shifter involved in Jenny’s kidnapping.

But when Stephen shows his true colours, Connor realises there’s more to Beth than he first thought.

Things soon go from bad to worse and Connor finds himself having to lead an attack, hoping that Beth can find the courage and strength to separate herself from Stephen for good.

His heart firmly tangled with hers, Connor has to face up to what he feels, and hope that she might come to feel the same.
