**Blood trickles through the streets of London - the Tormented are back.**

They have armed the Conflicted with guns. Lots of them. If that wasn't bad enough, Mortimer Wildblood wants to watch the city he used to call home burn to the ground. What is he trying so desperately to hide? I need to find out the truth, preferably before London is devoured by flames.
