With the Vulke plot now exposed, Dr. Evelyn Lucia Eisenhart finds herself in the middle of a Wolfkin war, and facing a mutated virus that is somehow changing innocent people into werewolves without them being bitten or scratched. Hopelessly outnumbered by an army of these strays under enemy control, the Wahya and the allied packs prepare for battle while Evelyn toils in the lab to find a cure no longer just for herself and David, but in the hopes of using it as a weapon against the Vulke.
