Awoken to a violent storm, Brandon Ellis find his 5 year old step-daughter hovering over the body of his wife. In a flash she attacks him, biting him on the hand before he can retreat to his two year old daughter's room. Gunshots echo into the night. Sirens wail, yet no one comes to help him. The small town that he grew up in burns and he can do nothing but watch, as he is chased from what appear to be people he once knew. Now violent and without mercy. They kill everything in their path.

Brandon must leave and take his youngest daughter, Kember, with him. But how?
