She deleted Toby's 'Suitable for all' label... Tentatively, as if the keys were burning her fingertips, she typed 'Scenes of sex or violence'. Labelling people as if they were movies might seem a horrible thing to do, but the point of a label is they tell you what to expect. Maybe, thought Jo, if you could learn not to expect more of people that their label showed, you wouldn't be disappointed. Lost and alone, Jo searches for any part of her life she can control.
