Silas Hall is, hands down, the world’s deadliest man. Armed with high-tech weaponry, biting wit and an unnatural ability to not die, he battles terrorism and genetic anomalies wherever he can find them. The Agency for the Protection of the Innocent (API) backs Silas in his endeavors. They protect innocent people everywhere and fight to make technological and biological advancements for the betterment of mankind; at the same time they must stay one step ahead of government acronyms.
After four individuals go on killing sprees and have no memory afterwards, Silas is compelled to investigate. This leads him and his best friend, Jason Miller, to find subliminal messages in video games.
However, Silas begins to wonder if the subliminal messages and murders were the goal or a cover up for something more sinister.
