Initially, this premortal world is peaceful and uncomplicated. A clear blueprint has been devised for the mortal journey and there is harmony between spirits, most of whom are preparing diligently for their time on earth.

Those who have not been so diligent, however, gradually begin to realise that they are falling behind, and that their neglect may impact upon their future.

Taking advantage of this, one power-hungry spirit proposes a counterfeit plan that is designed to appeal to the slothful, and to those who share his thirst for power.

So persuasive is this dark spirit that he ultimately threatens to take complete control, skewing the destiny of all mankind.
