Sunshine on an Open Tomb

It’s fall 1988: our narrator is the brooding runt of a political dynasty (whose father is about to be appointed Prez), and he's living freely among the Barbarians at the advent of the 24-hour news cycle. The Media has aimed its fervent attention at the narrator, and The Family, famously quick to eradicate unpredictability, plucks him from his comforts and relocates him to the secret compound he hasn't been welcome to in years. There, he must navigate a shape-shifting estate and confront an impossible love triangle in order to find an elusive bunker where he will work on his revenge: correcting the best-selling, so-called "objective" biography of The Family with the real story.
