One hundred years ago a deadly super-virus infected all of humanityand killed all the menmaking it impossible for boys to be born alive. Women, alone, have been ruling the world ever since.

When a cure for the super-virus is eventually discoveredmen are able to be born againand the women begin reintroducing boys back into society. However, there are some who are not happy about the return of men to civilization. A secret cult of man-killers, called the Sicarii, plot to make sure that men stay extinct forever.
