EMPowered: America Re-Energized is the sequel to Powerless: America Unplugged and corresponds to "Path C" of the interactive eBook . (Abby, Bradley, Kyle, Jessie, Ryan, Nikki, and Billy are alive. Will and Dave are dead.) I understand that in other paths the survivor list varies, but it simply was not possible to launch a sequel from dozens of starting points.

Although EMPowered: America Re-energized is NOT an interactive novel, it contains a puzzle--of sorts. Like a painter hiding tiny pictures within a larger picture, I have attempted to modernize American historical tales and weave them into a larger fictional story. There are fourteen hidden "tidbits," eleven from the Revolutionary War era. Some are well-known; others have never received their due notoriety. How many will you recognize?

This novel is even faster-paced than Powerless: America Unplugged . It is fraught with suspense and cliffhangers and is best described as the American Revolution collides with "Big Brother."
