The Dead do Speak

Death should bring peace, an end to life's momentous struggle. But that isn't always the case. Sometimes the dead just will not stay silent. When the mummified remains of a pregnant woman are discovered in the cemetery at St Matthew's Church, DCI Paul Wells and his team start the hunt for a murderer who is threatening the very fabric of the church's long tradition. Someone thinks they've got away with murder - but not for much longer. Whilst Wells battles to keep one of his team out of prison he must wade through a tangle of lies before the truth finally surfaces.
