The league of Guardians is a band of protectors - angels that live in the realm of Aureia, a world of light and warmth, banned from protecting Earth at night, for that is when it becomes the domain of the Draxyls - cruel creatures intent of destroying Aureia and stealing the sunlight for their master, Vulgaar.

Veil is the Guardian assigned to protect Dr. Pete Standon. When he becomes the victim of a terrifying attack, she doesn't think twice about risking her own life to fly down and rescue him. However, she quickly realises a deadly trap has been set; now she is torn between her need to get home and her love for Pete.

Meanwhile her friends back in Aureia are unaware that the Veil with them now isn't what she seems. The fight has begun.
