"Gripping...with an adrenaline-filled climax combined with compelling characters." - Kirkus Reviews.  By a Pulitzer Prize-winning author.

"A fascinating and fast-paced mystery/thriller.  It is a thought provoking and extremely captivating story." - Kindle Book Review

It's 2004 and Andrew Harper has the inside track to become California's next governor.  A former college basketball star, crusading prosecutor and beloved Congressman, the candidate is also openly gay.  His candidacy panics the ultraconservative political and religious establishment.

Reporter Enzo Lee is cajoled into leaving his comfortable niche covering fluffy features for the San Francisco News to cover the historic campaign.  Soon he find himself embroiled in political sabotage, high-tech computer spying that turns lethal and trumped up charges of child molestation.  And, a troubled war veteran armed with guns and explosives begins a violent journey from small-town Montana to the City by the Bay.

When Lee becomes a target himself he must dodge attempts on his own life while trying to expose the conspiracy and help keep the candidate alive.  Divine Fury is the newly released second book in the Enzo Lee series from Pulitzer Prize-winning author Robert B. Lowe.  The series was kicked off by the best-selling Project Moses, the bioterroism thriller that made the Amazon Top 20 Mysteries list and was a finalist in the Best Indie Books of 2012 competition.  Divine Fury is a page-turning thriller with suspense, action, romance and enough twists to keep the reader guessing.  It also focuses on a timely theme as the issues of same-sex marriage and gay rights become a major cultural battleground in America.

"...well-written, suspenseful, gripping..." - Stephen Woodfin, author of Last One Chosen.

"A must read for any mystery lover!" - xxreaderxx

"Divine Fury was engaging, gripping, and hard to put down, a perfect read for my trip."-S.C.Everly

Review"The mystery is simple but gripping, and the heroes are most definitely worth rooting for. The adrenaline-filled climax, combined with compelling characters, keeps readers engaged. Lowe also has a great eye for detail, noting everything, from Enzo's meals to the look of particular street corners in San Francisco. The overall effect is a blend of sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the Bay Area which sets this thriller apart from other entries in the genre." - Kirkus Reviews

"The plot of the story is breathtaking and easy to follow as you are pulled into the story and anticipating the next move. The clash between good and evil is at the center of the story and Robert B. Lowe does an amazing job of bringing the two forces together. His writing style is both engrossing and informative lending to the believability and integrity of the story...I highly recommend this fascinating and fast paced mystery/thriller.  It is a thought provoking and extremely captivating story." - Marilou George, Kindle Book Review
