Juordan’s scientists have developed a malworm to kill the Ardak technology. It isn’t a cure for the toxin, but it’s revenge. If we can’t live on our planets, the overgrown cats can’t, either.

Our mission now is to use the malworm to take down as many cats as we can. We’re testing the malworm on my planet first—since it’s liable to destroy our technology as well as theirs.

Do the twelve of us stand a chance against the Ardak technology? And even if the malworm works, can I really face saying goodbye to everyone I’ve ever loved?
