Begin Again

Returning home to Magnolia Springs, Alabama, is bittersweet for Maggie Warner. She's been living in the city for almost a year after her fiance, a firefighter, died on the job. She's heartbroken and doesn't feel she can ever move on. Although she teaches ballet, the restaurant she also works at threatens to hire new management. Forced to look elsewhere, she finds herself at Luke's ranch. Problem? He's also a firefighter. Everything he is and does is a reminder of what she's lost.

Luke Easton holds a secret about Maggie's fiance's death, and also that he's loved her since she was 6. But with a letter given to him, a letter by Maggie's fiance, he feels torn in two different directions. One, fulfilling the request of Josh to take care of Maggie should something ever happen to him, and two, fulling that request would be in vain being that he's the reason Maggie isn't married to the man of her dreams right now.
