When Father De Rance brought in an injured man into his house, little did he know that it was no one other than the famed burglar, Slippy McGee. But rather than turn the man to the authorities, Father De Rance decides to give him a second chance. Under a false identity, Slippy becomes a new and reformed man. But when the fate of a young girl is threatened by immoral men, Slippy must decide whether or not to use his burglarizing talents once again. He will save the girl if he does, but it will also mean returning to his old life, thus exposing himself to the authorities and imprisonment.
