Something Borrowed, Someone Blue

Friends, family, and lively music, lights twinkling in the trees, a twilight ceremony by a picturesque pond … and a chunky English bulldog wearing a tutu. The Bluebell Café is catering its first wedding and Harriet Pickles couldn’t be more pleased.

But when the night ends with one of the guests being murdered, Harriet and her best friend Claire once again find themselves dragged into the investigation. The most likely suspect is Pam, who happens to be The Bluebell’s new, extremely unpleasant waitress. They don’t want to fire her because she’s the sister of a close friend, so when Pam insists she plans to leave town as soon as her name is cleared, Harriet and Claire are eager to help her achieve that goal.
