Drink With the Devil

Jim is a shy orphan boy, who loses his job on a farm, and decides to live alone in the nearby forest. Angela is a rich and beautiful landowner's daughter who comes riding by Jim's hideout one day. Drawn to each other, they embark on a passionate affair. Their idyll is shattered when a gang murders Angela's parents and, in the confusion, Jim kills one of the assailants. He is sent to prison, but after serving his time, the gang pursue him relentlessly, intent on revenge. Angela's brother, Garry, who blames Jim for his parents murder, is full of hatred and intent on destroying the person he sees as his enemy.
