Boils on the Brain

It's a dreadful stench that comes from the mouth of beautiful Vivian: her teeth, gums and tongue rot from a vile leprosy. The putrid smell is so powerful that it has been known to cause diseases by those who breathe her air. One of the characters has come down with a dreadful boil on his brain from the stench. Will it be necessary to drive an iron stake into his skull to drain the boil?
