Caught in the embrace of her dancing master, seventeen year old Lucy Templeton is banished to the home of her married sister. Here, she encounters the notorious Lord Rockhaven and a stolen kiss awakens something deep within her. Reluctantly Lucy returns home and has a successful Season—but remembering that kiss, she refuses every offer of marriage.
