Gracie is not your average Senior; she likes to be in the thick of drama and enjoys a good murder or two, in real life. She sometimes assists the police in solving them and they sometimes assist her. It helps that her boyfriend Ted is a Detective Sergeant on the Huckleberry Police Force.

Gracie invented this new job after she retired to bolster her sense of self and she invented a new moral code to go along with it. So she doesn’t tell Ted everything; there are some murders that just don’t need reporting.

This collection contains thirteen of Gracie’s cases; each has gardening at it’s core because after all, gardeners have the best dirt.
