With limited resources, a new administration prioritizes urban centers and the coasts over the vast heartlands. The result is unheard of unemployment, starvation, depression. The middle of the country is no longer going to take it.

Leveraging futuristic transportation technology, their steps are bold, ingenious, and quite possibly irreversible as a mysterious death at the Texas State Capitol may finally convince eleven states to dismantle the union.
