The invention of the atomic shift process allows the size of anything to be changed. The only problem is revealing this discovery will destroy civilization. The newly unearthed process is instead secretly used to build a vast business empire and fortune to fund Dr. Stubbard’s breakthrough scientific advancements. His invention and subsequent wealth allow him to build his own society inside a remote South Pacific island he names Surga.

Supported by an army of advanced robotic creatures dubbed BLI, Dr. Stubbard and the island’s young inhabitants attempt to create advances in science that can benefit humanity.

Even with inexhaustible resources they face horrible obstacles. Everything they do must remain a secret and the world can never know of their existence. Rival governments and corporations will try anything to discover Dr. Stubbard’s secrets.

A teenaged boy is shipwrecked on a deserted island and near death. He awakens to find himself in an implausible situation. His rescue intrudes on a secret experiment to establish a new society for scientific advancement. Reclusive billionaire Dr. Wayne Stubbard and his robotic BLI helpers save the young boy’s life while attempting to keep the Doctor’s discovery of the atomic shift process and the ability to change the size of anything, a secret.

An attempt to recruit a Nobel Prize winning scientist from Germany ends in disaster and requires an abrupt change in plans and direction. The robotic BLI pursue their agenda while dealing with the sudden appearance of young unpredictable teens into their formerly ordered world.
