Africa is the last place on Earth not completely owned by Corporate interests following the abrupt end of the oil based economy but the latest player, Halcyon, is already knocking at the door.
In Europe, Anzai has already seized control, and their ruthless crackdowns have forced one man to flee to the only place left.
