Everyone loves a butterfly's hues and graceful movements for they represent rebirth and transformation. But for Grace Gambino, born out of wedlock from underworld Sicilian royalty, a butterfly was her guardian angel that appeared whenever danger was unpredictably imminent. These calamities included being molested by a predatory uncle, a fatal car accident that took both adopted parents lives, and the untimely passing of her fiancé in an unforeseeable plane crash.

Born with the "Gambino brand" -- a butterfly tattoo on her back shoulder -- Grace's extraordinary beauty opened unforeseen doors which led to a fairy tale dining with Kings, sailing the world with the rich and famous, and winning an Academy award, but glaringly something significant was missing.
