Becky Monroe knows she needs to take time out before the pressures of her life become too much for her once again. Intent on rejuvenating her body, mind, and spirit, she books herself into a lifestyle retreat for a week away from everything.

Unfortunately, a mixup with bookings means Becky has to share a cabin with the mildly odd Alice. Is it just a coincidence when Alice arrives at Becky's office a week after the retreat ends and announces she's the new temporary P.A.?

However, Becky has other things on her mind. Her once perfect relationship with her boyfriend is unraveling, work is hectic, and it seems her best friend has been hiding something. On top of that, her past is catching up on her.

Becky's stress levels begin to rise and it's not long before she discovers that someone is intent on stealing everything that she's worked so hard to have.
