The army had finally came, only they weren't able to save everyone. Many were killed, either in the riots or the disease. Those with splattered brains were the lucky ones, those who’s brains were intact upon death only came back, but not as they once were.

Pulled away from her group and her chance to be rescued, Sara has no choice but to head back into the city. The continuing absence of her friends make her realize that not only her sanity is in danger, but her odds of survival. But maybe a foolish choice she made in the forest just might come back to get her.
