As with all great cities, Vancouver has its dark side. In amongst the filth of its barely hidden underbelly, an Italian loan shark roams the streets alongside its fallen, enabling the habits and feeding the cycles of hopelessness.

Sebastian, head of Slave Media, wants to make a movie and clean up the city at the same time. But with a turn in trade of the drug market, the Italian begins to set his sights towards other avenues and Sebastian is soon on his radar. Very quickly he finds himself at odds with not only the loan shark but also with Hollywood’s elite, as the Italian persists and the stars arrive along with their ego’s.

‘Trust Me’ brings back the usual cast of misfits and heroes that make up the Vancouver Series, taking you to the alternative side of Hollywood and deep into the sleazy strip bars and heroin laden streets of Vancouver’s East Side, where the lowlifes and the forgotten come crawling out from the darkness.
