Dr. Margaret Simmons has a huge ego when it comes to her work and reputation. So when a gigolo named Mick Dillon pays the top-notch Philadelphia therapist a visit, asking her to help him with his quest to learn how to fall in love, Maggie cannot resist the unique challenge of having him as a patient. Her zeal to ensure success in helping Mick with his issues causes Maggie to cross several professional lines - including secretly involving her sister, Annie.
