This is a behind the scenes look at what really goes on backstage in tabloid TV. Find out what becomes of people who make fools of themselves on national TV and their reaction to the scandal once they return back to their hometown.
How Do You Like Me Now? consists of three separate stories that are connected by one common factor - one of the characters appears on The Peachy Keenan Show.
The first segment: Deanna Albright is a college sophomore living on campus, but is this new and exciting life enough to make her forget all about the most humiliating years of her life - high school? She responds to an ad to be a guest on The Peachy Keenan Show for an opportunity to confront the ex-friends who betrayed her back in high school, causing her to become the school reject. Deanna is anxious to finally get her chance to humiliate them the way that they humiliated her, but her plan backfires and in the worst way. Will history dare to repeat itself for Deanna in college?
The second segment: Iola Copley is a plain looking girl with low self esteem due to a traumatic experience that occurred when she was a in her early teens. She becomes involved with a guy who already has a girlfriend and Iola ends up pregnant. He denies fathering her child, so she takes him on The Peachy Keenan Show in order to prove paternity. It turns out to be his child, but something shocking is revealed on the show that changes lives forever - and in a drastic way.
The third segment: This segment involves a young man who suddenly comes to realize that he has made all of the wrong choices in life, and now he must fix it the best way that he knows how. Keenan’s life consists of an obtruding militant father, a juvenile delinquent little brother, a shrewd dominating a business partner, and a sister who cannot deal with her own person issues because she is so busy trying to rescue Keenan from himself. Is it no wonder that Kennan Lomax would deliberately vanish from his life? Keenan sets out to find himself, but in the process he embarks upon a lot more than he bargained for in his emotional trek.
