Lucas and Evie Kreg are thieves with heart. Corruption runs rampant in the Continental Peace Federation and the Kregs do their part to try and even the scales.

When an opportunity to free Lucas' sister presents itself, Lucas must decide if he should trust an old foe and set aside his moral standards in order to be reunited with his sister.
