[Kyle Kinnard 02] • The Great Appalachian Cafe Heist

A Dr. Kyle novella that takes place in Lee County, Kentucky. I wrote this short book for a few people who asked me to write another Dr. Kyle book, though this is a departure from the first one, and is actually a prequel. I am still working on finding my true voice in prose, but there are elements of this story that I like very much. At some point, characters begin to speak, and the writer must heed their voices and do what they say, but it is how the author expresses these actions that is the real question.
